Your store shows revenue. ShopDesk shows profit.
ShopDesk calculates the true contribution of every order: net revenue minus cost of goods, shipping cost, payment fees, packaging, attributed advertising cost, refunds and failed deliveries. Broken down by product, campaign and shipping method, updated daily.
- Connect with your store API key, no developer needed
- No credit card required for the trial
- Local currency and carrier tariffs

Starting point
Revenue is known. Profit per order is not.
The store platform reports revenue, the ad platform reports return on ad spend, the carrier sends a monthly invoice and the accountant closes the month weeks later. What is missing is one number per order: what was left.
- !
Advertising cost per order
Ad platforms report campaign returns without knowing the margin, so it is unclear which campaigns actually leave a profit.
- !
Shipping and cash-on-delivery cost
A home-delivery fee can absorb the entire contribution of a low-margin item; an unclaimed COD parcel is paid for twice.
- !
Changing purchase prices
A supplier price increase with an unchanged sale price can quietly turn a best seller into a loss.
The true picture of one order
| Order (gross) | 12 700 Ft |
| Net revenue | 10 000 Ft |
| Cost of goods | −5 000 Ft |
| Shipping (GLS, 0–2 kg) | −1 990 Ft |
| Payment fee (2%) | −254 Ft |
| Packaging | −150 Ft |
| Attributed advertising cost | −1 320 Ft |
| Contribution | +1 286 Ft |
This calculation runs for every order and feeds the product, campaign and shipping views.
How it works
Set up in a few steps. First report the next day.
Connect the store
Provide UNAS, Shoprenter, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop or Shoptet access. Orders and products sync automatically and refresh regularly.
Record the costs
Cost prices for the best-selling products (from the platform, CSV or manually), carrier tariffs starting from list prices, payment fees.
Connect ad accounts
Meta and Google Ads with read-only access. Campaign spend is attributed to orders by UTM parameters or daily proportional allocation.
Daily report
Dashboard, alerts and a weekly summary e-mail. Where data is missing, the system estimates and shows the confidence level.
Features
An overview that supports decisions
Every view answers one question: which products, campaigns and shipping methods are profitable, and which are not.
Product profit
Per product and variant: quantity, net revenue, cost of goods, advertising cost, contribution and margin. Loss-making items highlighted.
Campaigns after advertising
Per campaign: contribution of attributed orders after ad spend; cost per order compared with the margin. Meta and Google in one view.
Shipping and payment method
Per carrier and payment method: shipping cost and revenue, COD fees, failed deliveries. New and returning customers separated.
Alerts
Loss-making product, unprofitable campaign, increased purchase price, shipping loss, missing cost data. Once a week, resolvable.
Cash-flow forecast
14 or 30 days ahead with payout delays per payment method, planned outflows (suppliers, rent, tax), advertising and fixed costs.
Accountant export
Profit and loss statement as CSV and printable version; monthly reconciliation of invoiced vs. store revenue from Számlázz.hu or Billingo exports.
Confidence - Next to every figure you see the share of revenue backed by a known cost price. Missing data is estimated and flagged.
Carrier invoice reconciliation - Importing the monthly carrier invoice replaces tariff-based estimates with actual charges.
Multiple stores - One organization can hold several stores; views are available per store or combined.

Frequently asked questions
What to know before connecting
We do not keep cost prices. What does the system show then?+
Start with the cost prices of the best-selling products; the rest can be loaded from the store platform or a CSV file. Until a product has a cost price, the system uses the configured estimated margin and shows the confidence level next to every figure.
How is advertising cost assigned to orders?+
If the ad link carries the utm_campaign parameter and the store passes it on, the order is fully assigned to that campaign. Otherwise the day's spend is allocated across the day's orders in proportion to revenue. Spend on days without orders is shown as a separate line.
Does the system change anything in the store or ad account?+
No. ShopDesk performs read operations only: orders, products and campaign spend. It does not issue refunds or modify campaigns.
Where does the shipping cost come from?+
From carrier tariffs (GLS, Foxpost, Packeta, MPL, DPD list prices as a starting point, adjustable to your contract) by parcel weight, destination and service type. Importing the monthly carrier invoice replaces the estimate with actual charges.
Does it work with UNAS stores?+
Yes. Orders and products, including stock cost prices, sync through the UNAS XML API. Shoprenter, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop and Shoptet are supported too; custom stores can use the REST API.
What happens after the trial?+
No subscription starts automatically; a card is only required when choosing a plan. Data is retained for 30 days and can be exported.
What about data security?+
Encrypted transport, encrypted access keys, two-factor authentication, audit log, daily backups, EU hosting. The privacy policy and data processing agreement are linked in the footer.
